Aaron Wright is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in the agriculture and food sectors, including Chief Financial Officer roles at leading feed-manufacturing and agricultural-commodity, crop input businesses. He is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and partnering closely with senior leadership and Boards of Directors to accelerate value creation.

Mr. Wright most recently served as CFO of a private equity sponsored feed manufacturer, overseeing financial reporting, M&A, capital allocation, HR and Technology and serves as Commercial Finance Advisor to ADAR USA, LLC, bringing financial modeling, commercial structuring, and industry relationships to ADAR's agriculture and food opportunities. Earlier in his career, he served as CFO of a private equity sponsored agricultural retail and commodity business and has held various financial leadership roles at international food-processing and agribusinesses.

Mr. Wright holds a B.S. in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.
