Ben Kelsey brings over 15 years of experience helping Fortune 500 and leading regional organisations combine emerging technologies and customer insight to create commercially successful products and services. His work focuses on solving real-world problems and unlocking new sources of growth with world-first technology.

Mr. Kelsey leads ADAR Technologies’ expansion into Australia and the broader Asia–Pacific region as Managing Director of ADAR Australia. An alumnus of Startupbootcamp and Cicada Innovations, he focuses on market development and strategic partnerships, working with producers, processors and brands to revolutionise the world of waste management with Acoustic Dehydration.

Alongside his work at ADAR, Ben mentors early-stage founders in AgTech and is completing an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School.
