He has successfully led market expansion initiatives across North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, helping organizations scale globally and accelerate significant revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Michael has consistently delivered exceptional results, including consistently generating 40 to 70% of the company’s total revenues through innovative international channel strategies. At Com21 and Ruckus Wireless, Michael’s revenue achievements & contributions played a significant role in facilitating the two companies achieving very successful liquidity events. (IPOs)

Michael has held senior executive leadership positions with technology start up companies seeking to introduce new, cutting edge technologies, products and solutions from Enterprise Networking, Broadband, Wi-Fi, IoT, Cybersecurity, to SaaS companies, where he developed global sales organizations, established strategic partnerships, and secured multimillion-dollar commercial agreements.

Michael attained a BS degree at Loyola University of Chicago and has throughout his career has lived in North America, Europe and in Asia. Michael is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese and is recognized for his ability to identify market opportunities, build high-performing channel networks, and drive international business growth in highly competitive global markets.
